GREEN BEVERAGE

The happiness of the whole day depends on a great breakfast - a green drink is one big happiness

Ingredients

  • 1 young spinach
  • 7 tablespoons of buckwheat porridge (cooked or soaked overnight)
  • 6 tablespoons of sliced apples
  • half lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 0.5 l dense drinking yoghurt
  • some mint leaves

Clean, wash and dry the spinach leaves. Cook and cool the buckwheat porridge. Peel the apple and cut into smaller slices. Squeeze half of the lime.

Add spinach leaves, buckwheat porridge, apple, lime juice, honey and drinking yoghurt into the electric mixer, and mix together smoothly. Pour the prepared beverage into a glass and drink immediately.
