  • 105 g sugar
  • 5 egg yolks

Cut the raw butter into cubes, add sugar, egg yolks and everything mix well. Add flour and a little anise and mix well. Shape the pretzels, coat them with egg whites and sprinkle with crystal sugar. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° C.

BIC Ljubljana has a rich tradition in the field of confectionery education in Slovenia. It follows the latest trends in confectionery, but also revives, preserves and, if necessary, adapts recipes from the culinary heritage to the needs of the present.
